I like the foam grips and I love my Vista Cruise throttle holder …. adjusted so it just does hold throttle position, but which can still be turned easily, or released.

well
i already have this "jammed twist handle" thing that i never use,,
i have known carburators that were quite hard on the wrist so these of the GW are easy too operate.

Try a different pair of gloves. I have two pairs of riding gloves. One pair I experience the buzzing of the right hand. The other pair does not give my hand the buzz.

I also like foam grips. Decreases vibration and the increase in diameter helps with hand fatigue.
Look here.

Foam grips I agree also should help you, they are a little wider too which I find better on the hands and great on a long trip its just my opinion but the OEM ones that Honda put on are hard on hands

If you have that much vibration sounds to me like you must have some kind of front suspension or tire balance problem. Or maybe the tire is out of round.

New doesn't always mean good. New (CAN BE) defective. My dad taught me that when I was just a lad.

Try Grip Puppies. They are foam. Can be bought from many different vendors.

Here is a listing from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Grip-Puppy-Comfo ... B00CP9ADD8
