1100 Shelter on a 1200?

1100 Shelter on a 1200?
Has anyone ever fitted a 1100 shelter on a 1200 when making it a Naked bike? Not sure if I will ever do it, but I have a 1200 that I might find more fun to ride if it was naked.

AFAIK you need to find a 84 1200 standard (naked) donor bike to get the faux tank.
Supposedly this is a direct bolt on to the fully clothed gl1200.

Must be adapted a bit but look okay imo
