Hand Grip WITH the trottle fixation ???

hi all
i am checking again too buy a set of anti vibration hand grip,
i add find my model BUT i saw one picture of a model WITH the fixture for the 2 trottle cable already molded in the grip,,
should i buy these and work like a fool too destroy my old grip one here??

i have not found much video about the hand grip on youtube
