Air Suspension

I managed to replace the air hoses and have also fitted progressive springs as well as changing the fork oil.

All seems well in terms of going back together but when I reduce the air in either the front forks or the rear there's a sputtering noise somewhere behind the radiator...is this normal or should I have done something else after changing the hoses and fork oil?
