Looking good. When I was tight for money, I soldered together a full bridge rectifier with power diodes for a CB550F. It takes a quite bit more engineering to build the regulator. Congratulations. :)

You did great work on this project, just wish the forum supported LIKES so that we could tell how many folks have read about this project....

Kudos to you for "doing it right".

Ok sooo what did he do? No audio or description of what he did or why.

It appears he changed the Zener diode value to a lower voltage to get the output down to 14.5 volts from 15.5....

Yes ,if you followed my messages in the first video I made a relay regulator with two 14 volt Zener diodes set by marks to each other,so the second Zener diode in the reverse connection works as a diode and adds some voltage.and in the more than 15 volts.so in the next video I rewired the same circuit but with one Zener diode at 14 volts.the first scheme is also working but for short city trips when the battery is failing to charge effectively increased the charge voltage.in long-distance travel is possible to recharge

Okey dokey. I found the original post on the volt reg. That is way more elect knowledge than I have. It looks like he was not getting the batt to charge fully on short trips (which is normal) so he made a custom regulator to solve this but the voltage stayed high 15.5 so he modified it to bring the voltage down 14.5. Correct?

Yes.you can ruin the battery long by feeding it high voltage.so I redid the previously made RR
