I know a guy...... in British Colombia

Post by Goldenponyboy »

Hello All
I just bought a 1985 GL1200 limited and it has been fun so far. I settled on a limited but I did look at a few other wings before choosing this one. And a couple of the other bikes had had a bunch of work done on them by a guy here in the Fraser Valley. I think his name is Murray. I think. And He would write out a list of the things he did on the bikes kinda like a receipt. My question is does anyone know this mechanic? I think it would be a smart move to get this guys number before I really need it. Thanks in advance and I sure do like having this website at my convenience.

I meant to say British Columbia. I think the mechanic is from Chilliwack or Abbotsford. Anyone?

Welcome from the west coast rock. These are a great bike, but do need tender loving care and a good read into them. Don't know about a mechanic, fellows that know the older GWs are far and few between. I've been learning for the past 3 1/2 years.

Enjoy the ride, when it gives you grief always a reason just have to find it. PM sent.

Cheers
