How far did you go in tear down? Did you remove final drive at all?

Check the brake caliper, manually spin the wheel forward, then backwards and listen for the sound.

I completely pulled my rear wheel off, and in doing so I pulled the drive shaft and final drive out as well when I put it all back together when I turned the wheel it sounded like the gears were'nt engaging properly.and it dont do anything when I started it and put it in gear and let the clutch out and it did nothing.. help...

#1 … Sounds like you missed the splines of the U-joint with the driveshaft upon reinsertion.scottiedawg wrote: ↑Wed Jun 19, 2019 6:13 pm I completely pulled my rear wheel off, and in doing so I pulled the drive shaft and final drive out as well when I put it all back together when I turned the wheel it sounded like the gears were'nt engaging properly.and it dont do anything when I started it and put it in gear and let the clutch out and it did nothing.. help...
#2 … May be you pulled the U-joint off the transmission output shaft too.
If no noises present like a flopping U-joint, I suspect you somehow did #2.
Easy to do.
Either way, gonna have to go back & do over.
