After 2004 ignition switches not available for 1200's.i put in a used one that lasted 1 year. Saber-cycle.com is now selling replicas for $169.00. Mine is working perfect. They are manufactured by Barracuda.

I hope that switch works out for you and you don't have to try to return it. Search this site for threads about them. By the way Barracuda is their store brand which, for me, says it all.

If 'Mother Honda" would still stock parts then of course I would buy their new starters and ignition switches. After years of religiously getting my parts and labor done there, they decided to cast me aside as a customer. After market replicas are just a little hope in the dismal lottery of buying used worn out parts. To me, there isn't many options. If you have a supply line to share share with our members, then please do. It would be much appreciated. Tnx
