Stuck needle valve and now spitting on throttle.

Hi,a couple of weeks ago I was coming back from a ride and the bike started cutting out on me,found out that a needle valve had stuck open and was letting it flood,got that corrected but now it wants to spit on take off,think maybe I need to sync the carbs again,opinions thanks.
