Started with locked up engine. After soaking not much changed. Got it turning again from wrenching on crank bolt while engaging starter. Couldnt have done it without using starter. Way to much force on that crank bolt and didnt want to risk breaking. Not sure what gave me starter at same time idea but it worked like a charm.
Anyways got it to fire up a little. Noticed fuel leakage at this tube between carbs on right side upper part of carbs. Plastic and is a T. Pouring fuel out at the t part that I think a vac line is supposed to be there.
So thinking I have 2 Issues.
1.Vac line missing on both left and right carb pair.
2. Fuel in vac tube. Stuck float causing flooding and just so happen to be coming out this port first because of missing line and not into intake that I know of.
Or could a diaphragm be bad letting fuel in vacuum areas?
What do you guys think?
Carbs coming off tomorrow. But would like to know what you guys think also.

Carbs are rough. Jets clogged.
Still Don't know what the tube with gas coming out is about or if a hose is supposed to be there??
Floats move, pins smooth.
4 Diaphragms look good. Pickup diaphragm looks good not pictured. And the last diaphragm I couldn't remove but looks fine besides little crud dust

I have a GL1200 Aspencade that has the same issue that you're describing. Its a tube between the two right side carbs. Once I get it started fuel just pours out of what I thought is a vacuum hose. They are on both sides but only left side has fuel coming out. I was about to pull the carb assembly out but wanted to see what you've found out on yours. Thanks for any help you can offer.

In my previous post I said fuel was coming out of the left side. It is the right side hose that I assume is a vacuum hose.
