Any vehicle can be started by connecting the right wires.
Can you get at the back of the ignition switch?
trial and error was how we started many old cars, back in the day.

One friend of mine had a line of toggle switches and a push button on an old Chevy.

Look for a three-digit number stamped on the face of one of the lock cylinders (Often the helmet holder, right by the key slot)

You can take that code to a locksmith that has a key cutter that accepts a code and get a new key that way. Usually 15-25 bucks.
A local inventor has figured a way to turn a sausage grinder backward to manufacture pigs.
