1984 Aspencade electrical short

I am looking for a wiring diagram for a ‘84 Aspencade. The diagrams in my Honda manual show different arrangements than I have. I have a short on the horn/ turn/ stop circuit. I noticed the turn signals were not working on Friday. I checked the fuses and the turn signal fuse was blown. I replaced the fuse and it blew as soon as I turned on the key. There is a white/ green wire out of the fuse box. I found a connector on the left side of the fairing with a white/ green wire that goes to the horn switch. When I check that wire to the pin on the harness side of the connector it shows continuity to ground. So does this show me the fault is on the horn circuit? Or will the fault show up there even if it is on the brake circuit, for example. I think each circuit on the same fuse would be isolated, but am not sure.
