Front Fork brace torque setting

Hello; Does anyone know the torque setting for the front fork brace on a 1896 Honda Goldwing 1200. I have the Honda repair manual, but no where does it say what the setting should be. Thank you in advance.

For bolts that do not have a listed torque value, there is a chart for standard torque based on the size of the bolt. It should be in the service manual, or you can find them online.
