Measure voltage and current at the battery, with key off, key on, and while cranking.

Re: Electrical no start
Ok I’ll give a bit more info, the guy I bought the bike from a month ago was experiencing it not starting when warm let it sit over night and would start. But after a bit of time it wouldn’t. They were jumping it and then hook battery wrong and heard a pop by the air breather. I then bought it and have replaced the battery, relay, regulator, starter, ICU, ignition coils, fuel relay and have spent a month reading so much on this forum. It has full power to the key and when I hit the starter button the lights go real dim but nothing not even a click. I have talked to a lot of goldwing back yard machanic and they have never heard of this. I thank all of you that can help. This is the nicest 1200 I have ever seen and has always been very well looked after 120,000 on it
