My 1984 Honda Asp 1200 has been sitting for about 2 years while I have worked on it. I am now ready to ride it and there seems to be no clutch pressure at the clutch handle. Where do I go from here ?? Does this mean the clutch is bad??
Thanks for the help

Re: Weak clutch pressure
It probably just needs to be bled. Download the "Honda Goldwing 1200 1984 to 1987 Haynes Workshop Manual" from the home page here (click on the motorcycle at the top of the page), and you'll find the procedure, with pictures starting on page 149.

Re: Weak clutch pressure
HI! I'm new to the site. I just bought a '84 Interstate and had the same problem I opened the reservoir on top and the bleeder at the back of the motor and drained a can of dot 4 brake fluid through which solved the problem.

Another EZ fix. Hopefully the seals didn't tear apart at their edges. Sitting that long dry the rubber sticks to 'X'.
