Can't be hyperbolic here. I have no resistance whatsoever on my suspension. Talk to me about where to start on this. The back is probably the most noticeable. Nearly every bump means bottoming out. Front is just as bad really.
I've seem some things about replacing the fork seals up front, but I'm not finding much about the rear, or how the air suspension works with all of it.

If there is no oil, you can end up with this type of problem. Or anything that allows the oil to get past the orifices without going through the orifices - so internal seals being worn.
Either way, you're going to have to pull the shocks apart to find out.
