1986 GL1200 Rear Shock Air Hose Failure

Post by Bulletproof »

One of the rear shock hoses failed (52432-MG9-671). The hose is no longer available new from Honda.
I would like to replace the hoses with new metric tubing fittings and metric tubing.
I need the metric size of the shock threaded connection and the metric size of the Joint (three way) connection?
Has anyone replaced the hoses and connections with off the shelf metric fittings?

Thanks!

Mine were replaced by Progressive Suspension (a kit) when I had their shocks installed. Maybe contact them and see if they sell the kit still?

most local NAPA can and do build hydraulic hoses. take your hose to them and get happy!
