Went online bought a Y50-N18L-A3-12 Volt 21 AH, 350 CCA, Rechargeable Maintenance Free SLA AGM Motorcycle Battery
Says it is to fit my bike but it is just a bit narrower than the battery that was in it
Put a thin strip of rubber between the battery and the bracket that holds the battery in place to keep it from shifting.
Keep this battery or send it back and get one that fits exactly????
thanks

It should fit exactly. I does in mine. Do you have the rubber upper and lower battery holders?

Interesting. I will check them out and also see if any are available in the United States.

Long out of production but you can find some used ones on ebay. They cushion the battery from vibration. A good substitute is peel and stick foam sheet available in craft stores.
