Lean angle on kickstand

Post by Auser »

New bike to me, I was just wondering if this looks normal, because I'm thinking it's leaning way too much.

Looks normal to me. About the only way they can get out of adjustment is if the undercarriage frame members got bent. That's not likely on a clean, never abused street bike.

Alright thanks, I just don't want to find it on the ground when I walk away.

Extra caution... I always slip an extra pad under the side stand if I'll be leaving it a long time on hot asphalt. There is a lot of pressure on the foot. I don't want to find it on the ground either.

It can also lean more if you have the rear air suspension pumped up.

I have it set to between the pr lines or whatever it is. I figured that's between the range it is supposed to be at normally.
