I have the water/oil leak from the weep hole. Ordering the gasket kit from Randakks.
Should I replace the water pump while I am changing out the gaskets/seals?
Anything else I should do while that cover is off?

You could take the cover off the water pump impeller, the one that has the lower hose connected to it. You'll lose your coolant of course, but you'll be able to access the impeller of the water pump. If you can wiggle it back and forth, side to side, then you're going to need a new water pump anyway. My thinking is that if you have oil leaking from that weep hole, you have a bad seal at the back of the pump. If you have water leaking from that weep hole you have a bad front seal on that water pump. Pretty much, either way, you'll need a new pump. A better question might be, should you get an OEM or an off brand one. It's really not that bad of a job to get that front cover off and replace the stuff in there. Getting the o-rings to stick where they are supposed to go while you finagle the cover back on was the most tedious part for me. There's my two cents worth.

The leak out the weep hole is normally because of failed seals INSIDE the water pump. Changing the gaskets on the cover is not going to fix it. Definitely replace the water pump.
