no power to plugs

no power to plugs
1985 ltd fuel injection got power to icu and seems as its power to blk/wht wires . bike been sitting 3yrs .it was running when parked. since working on it last two days its fired up once and now no sparks. batttery good . using the info off forum tested pump shut off with the connector together no power but if i un plug it bl/w hot and red/white was hot
