Torquesetting head bolts

Hello,

I want to know cyl.head bolt torquesetting GL 1200 Interstate.

Here ya go.I torque the head bolts in 3 passes.I start at 10 ft-lb , then go over them in the same pattern again to 25 ft-lb,then finish off in the same pattern again at 40 ft-lb.
It's important to follow the pattern exactly to ensure an even seal.

So is this a one and done? Should the bolts be retorqued after the engine has gone through a warm up and cool down?
