Hi all,
Long time no speak.
Could anyone tell me where I could get a rear shock gaiter for the 2000 1500.
The bike was MOT-ed and it has split.
Looking on my parts catalogue it does not come as a loose unit. only a complete damper assembly.
Any help appreciated
Regards
Rob & Lucy

Good morning to you two. Besides Progressive Suspension , Rancho Suspension has boots also. Check with a off road dealer also for your gaiters. Keep us posted ...

Fabulous
I have one small problem. Bike is in the U.K. And I am in Oman. So if anyone has the dimensions I could look for a universal type and fit it when we get back before our next adventure.
Thanks

Re: Rear shock gaiter
If you look at the older 1500 fiche it's still available (1993) #12, but as you said it only shows it as part of the whole shock on the 99.

Re: Rear shock gaiter
By "gaiter", I assume you're talking about the rubber shock dust boot.
I replaced mine with a Monroe SA1997 universal shock boot. It takes minor modification, but fits very well. I don't know if Monroe is a big brand in your neck of the woods, but I would think any number of universal boots would work.
