29" inseam myself. '97 1500. Sorted thru a couple aftermarket seats, ended up with an old Russell that did a good job. Then went Dark Side rear, and wow! Feet almost flat, handling switched to on! Some of the handling went away when I dark sided the front (with rear tire). Haven't made it to the center stand since, and I have to watch how the side bags are loaded or a breeze will blow it off the center stand.

Got a hip issue that only allowed 25 miles per trip, and an expensive sounding pfhhht under the console has me grounded anyway.

Does anyone know the length of the standard rear shocks - I found this on ebay - eBay item number:
292539689699 cheep fix at £68 pounds !!! - yes ?? ;) ;) ;)

They are the same 320mm hole to hole centres. plus those wont hold wont hold a 1500 up the spring are to soft
