Hello all did some more retesting yest. Secondary voltage on 3-4 coil reads bad I don’t know if this could cause my no fuel pump /spark issue but figured I would throw it out there I tried with three different multimeters to verify one analog and 2 digital
Secondary voltage reads bad?
If you probe at the ecm yellow/white..yellow/blue and yellow/red they should all have near battery volts when the key is on and engine not running.

I think the '92 drives the fuel pump direct from the ECM. That being the case, I'd check the two pulse generators, if one of them is bad you'll have neither fuel nor spark....

This could also be caused by excessively low voltage at the ECM during cranking. Have you tried starting the bike with a boost battery? (jumper cables from a car with engine off).

You can try measuring the voltage at the Black/white wire at the coils, needs to be above 10.5v while cranking....
