The original Honda accessory lights used an unusual incandescent bulb like this: https://cyclemax.com/inc/sdetail/corner ... lb/83/3979

The later Honda accessory were always on driving lights and changed to Halogen bulbs: https://cyclemax.com/inc/sdetail/drivin ... lb/83/4860

Many bikes had the lights installed after purchase and used aftermarket lights from Big Bike, Add-On or Kuryakyn and may have had either style installed.

The base has an unusual tabbed flange for insertion from the back. This is a dual filament bulb but only uses one of them. If you are in a pinch, you can bend the tabs and rotate the bulb a half turn and use the other filament. This same bulb is used on various off road vehicles like ATVs or tractors. My John Deere uses them as headlight bulbs. There also is a bulb that has the same flange but has a pigtail wire coming off instead of a contact base. Try taking the bulb to an auto parts store or a tractor place and see if you can find one locally before having them shipped in. If you do a mail order, get several.

Replacement using LED is common.

Thanks , problem solved . Blood hate having blown globes makes my bike look trashy.
done 400 kms yesterday , must have been 100kms on mountainous gravel logging roads looking for a defunct mining town in the NorthEast of Tassie .
Only damage, blown cornering bulb thank god .
For reference Goldwings do not make a good adventura bike  .
Thanks once again for all your help
Cheers
Gazza
