Unfortunately, those are not cheap. They are held in place with a single grommet, and if the grommet is old or hard, one good bump will send them flying down the road. I have mine tied in place with a set of Rudy's keeper ties, so I won't lose them should that happen.
Because they are frequently lost, the demand has always been somewhat high, and with stock of bodyparts dwindling at Honda, the used market is the only option - and the market will drive the price.

Just keep an eye on E Bay. I lost both of mine because I forgot to put two bolts on the rear of the fender back in. I had to look for a few months, but a set in my color popped up and I grabbed them.

Keep watching ebay and other auction sites. Be patient. Those covers won't stop you from enjoying the ride so, don't get in a hurry. They will show up, just when you are about to give up looking. And for the right color and for a decent price. It took me a year to find a left side inner fairing in candy spectre red that wasn't cracked but I finally found one for a great price and don't even have to paint. It took two and a half years to find a battery side cover for my 86 Aspencade for a decent price but, it finally came up.

eBay is a good place to look, as stated above, , , I had a similar need for a panel and couldn't find it on eBay so I tried the "dismantlers/salvage" network. They hooked me up with the part within a few days. My part came in only one color, so it was easy to match. I don't know if you'll have the same luck but it couldn't hurt to try.
Hundreds of dismantler/salvage yards across the nation have "network" memberships where you enter the color/year/make-model/part # of the part you want onto the "network" and each yard gets a notice of what you're looking for. If a yard has the part, they email you that the part is in stock. You then determine if you want the part from them. I got a few emails from yards all over, that said they would watch out for the part I wanted and would email me if they found one. I ended up getting the panel when one of the emails said they had one in So. Cal.
You can google something like "dismantler/salvage yard network" or try one of the following links: All I know is it worked for me, , , , ,
