No low beams

Post by Rickandkim »

I checked all fuses and relays and switch them out still no low beams but the low filament lights with the high beam on. Don't know if both filaments burn on high beam? They are flashing until I rev the engine. Then they quit flashing and just high beam switch only!

Try checking all your ground connections, and wires for breaks. Sounds like a bad ground where the batt+ will seek ground through the second filament. If you have added any new accessories try checking the wiring around your new accessory as you may have broken or loosened a wire to your headlights.

No, the low beam filament goes out when the high beams are on. Something's definitely wrong. Is it happening to both bulbs?

What kind of bulbs are in it - LED or halogen?
