This is kind of embarrassing but I just called Progressive Suspension and was told that the 416 air shock has been discontinued and they no longer service them. How clueless and uninformed am I not to know this?! I have one that is leaking air out the top and was hoping to get it serviced. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance,
Dan

They aren't rebuilding the 412 oil over either. They want to just sell a new shock to you. I talked to them last week as I have an old 412 and they will sell a new cartridge to put the spring on.
Did they give a replacement for the 416 air shocks?

I asked them exactly that same question. They said they aren't making an air shock at all. He said the replacement would the 412 non air. And you're right also about wanting to sell a new set. They tried to sell me a set of 412's
