I'm faced with "electively" replacing the engine in my 94 SE due to excessive gear noise from the trans.
There seems to be a much better selection of non reverse engines out there...
Is it possible to swap all the reverse components from mine and effectively convert a non reverse engine?
Any insight would be helpful.
Thx,
Jon

I don't know anyone who has tried to do that.
You might give Dave Bohrer a try, he rebuilds a lot of 1500s.
but, he just monitors the SSWGF over at www.GoldwingFacts.com
