I recently found a recycler that has a used pair of front exhaust pipe covers (with control cables) from a 1990 SE and I would like to replace them on my 92 Interstate, but, don't know if they will fit. Partzilla numbers for the 92 Interstate are; (L) 18425-MW5-000ZD and (R) 18325-MW5-000ZD. The 1990 Aspencade numbers are; (L) 18425-MT8-010ZA(B) and (R) 18325-MT8-010A(B). If they will physically fit I would like to replace them as my covers are rusted out. The rubber plugged hole is there in the dash for the control so I'm hoping they will fit. My thought is that for the 3.5 days of cold weather we have here in NE Florida it would be nice to have the toe warmers. Anyone have any thoughts about this? I need to replace the originals anyway.
Thanks, Russell

Re: Exhaust cover question
nearly everything from 1990 on is the same, at least the mechanicals
Honda changes the part numbers yearly just to keep us from finding what we need.
