Need more information. What happens when you turn the key on? Do the lights come on? Do you hear a click when you push the starter button? Did you do any work on it recently? How old is the battery? How many miles are on the bike? What have you checked or try to do so far?

And what do you mean by "turn over"?

Starter not turning?
Crankshaft seized?
Engine turns but doesn't fire up?
Like Joe stated... We need more information.

If the KILL switch is in any other position but centered, the engine will not turn over.

Stand alongside and balance the bike on the wheels. Kick the kickstand up and let go. It will turn over!!
Sorry, sometimes I just can't resist. LOL
