Need more information. What happens when you turn the key on? Do the lights come on? Do you hear a click when you push the starter button? Did you do any work on it recently? How old is the battery? How many miles are on the bike? What have you checked or try to do so far?

If the KILL switch is in any other position but centered, the engine will not turn over.

Stand alongside and balance the bike on the wheels. Kick the kickstand up and let go. It will turn over!!
