Replacing the front plastics after my accident

Post by BearWing »

Anyone know the procedure for installing the air ducts on a 95 Aspencade..?
Also I'm trying to replace my fairing, but having trouble getting everything back in the correct place and location.. especially the electrical ...!
I've taken the fairing on and off three times now because I keep missing things...ugh
Please somebody help...!!

Yeah they can be a little troublesome. Two one each side long rear vent tube, two short each side front tube. There is a small screw on inside of fairing tunnel that holds front tubes in place. Those screws need to be out so you have some wiggle room at rear of front tubes. Take the rear tubes and insert in fairing and with your other hand reach under fairing to manipulate some wiggle room from front tube, pushing in on rear so they line up and engage. reattach screws.
