My bike is making a clicking noise that increase w / throttle n seems to get loader wen clutch handle is used also seems to stop making noise at 4th gear, bike shifts n runs fine just the clicking which kinda sounds like plastic hitting metal or plastic not a metallic sound.

Re: Engine clicking noise.
Did this start happening while riding or after you did some work on it?
I had a similar issue several years ago. Though it was road speed related and not engine speed related. It turned out to be a small rock stuck in the front brake rotor.

Re: Engine clicking noise.
Because you say the clicking increases with the throttle, , makes me think of sticky lifter or definitely engine related.
When did you change oil last? I've had good luck with putting 4 oz. Seafoam in the full crankcase and add about 2 oz. per gallon of gas into the gas tank, then running the bike for 300-400 miles and change the oil and oil filter. If still clicking at end of that mileage, continue with the 4 oz. in crankcase and fill with good "non-friction modifier" oil. I doubt the click will be there after that. Once the clicking is gone, change that oil and oil filter without putting the seafoam in, , and ride it like you stole it.

Re: Engine clicking noise.
Even though the Seafoam treatment couldn't hurt the engine, , ,If I recall correctly, there was a thread that spoke about an exhaust bolt working loose and causing a very similar problem to what you describe. Take a quick look at the exhaust manifolds/pipes to make sure they're bolted up tight.
