Does anyone know ...
Does anyone have a clue what this is... it's in the left hand fairing pocket ... something the PO has done and I don't have a glue why it's there ... hoping someone would know... here are the pictures of the object in question ... I have turned the knob and didn't see or hear anything happening ...

Re: Does anyone know ...
Sure looks like a fader knob that would have something to do with radio/intercom. Does the fader knob up at handlebar work? OEM stereo/radio or something more?

Re: Does anyone know ...
Yup, speaker fader knob. The Aspencade came with only front speakers. Aftermarket rear speakers were available and they came with front/rear fader. Where it got mounted was up to the installer.in2it wrote: ↑Thu Jul 09, 2020 12:40 pmDoes anyone have a clue what this is... it's in the left hand fairing pocket ... something the PO has done and I don't have a glue why it's there ... hoping someone would know... here are the pictures of the object in question ... Re: Does anyone know ...
Learn something new everyday. Only the SE had the fader on pod, what year did that start? That 2000 SE knob on the control I remember seeing is a fader, right?

Some are on the left control pod, others are in a housing just below the key switch where the emblem is. Don't know what years/models got what.
