Question, can the relays that are sold on this site, Part number G8MS-H30 be used for the starting relays A or B?

The starter solenoids are a much heavier relay capable of higher amperage than the relays that run the other circuits on the bike.

No. The starter relays are huge relays that can handle hundreds of amps. Completely different.
