Need help with front turn signal/running lights

Post by stevensacc »

https://www.facebook.com/groups/1406066 ... 87293/this link is what I posted on FB forums.
If I turn on the right turn signal and cancel it I have not running light in front signal lens. If I turn on the left signal and cancel it I have no left running light but now I have the right side . And vice versa ?

First, I would try cleaning the turn signal switch. If that doesn't fix it I would try checking the ground circuit for bad connection or broken wire to frame.
Russell

If I don't do Facebook or Twitter, do I still have to do Social Media Distancing????
Those who say it cannot be done should try not to interrupt those who are doing it.

Thank you for your response. But I figured out that you can not replace the blue relay in the relay block with anything but that same type of relay.

That is true. That one is a normally closed relay whereas the others are normally open contacts.
