A little simpler and also inexpensive would be a cassette adapter. Slide in like a cassette and your phone will connect and you can play your playlist or stream from you favorite online service. Works great, and lasts 4-5 hours (maybe longer, haven't tried longer) on a charge. Got it on Amazon for less than $20
