HONDA GOLDWING 1500 VALVE STEM SEAL REPLACEMENT

Hi - all there !! - I have a black oily spark plug on my right side cylinder bank its the last one on that side nearest the back wheel there !! - Its the only one too !! the other 5 plugs are fine and normal .

I was wondering whether the valve seal had gone just on that one cylinder there ?? - And if so could it be replaced without having to take out the whole engine there !! ???? .

I know the engine can be left in on the 1100's and 1200's but unsure on the 1500's - hear is vid showing this being done on a 1982 Honda Goldwing GL1100 Neat tricks and tips aswell !!
