I am looking for a headlight assembly for my 96 Aspencade.I would like to know which years are interchangeable. Mine is glass but some years were plastic. I would like to stay with glass if I could.
Thanks in advance,
Dan

Re: GL1500 headlight assembly
I believe the '88 through '97 are all interchangeable.

Re: GL1500 headlight assembly
Good info. Thank you both. Now I will have a much better idea how to narrow my search. I could kick myself. I leaned the bike over on the side stand and caught the corner of my table saw. It cracked the lense of the left running light, which looks to be a part of the whole headlight assembly. It’s a bummer because the light assembly was in near perfect condition.
