has anybody had trouble with the ladder racks breaking?
I am on my 4th one,3rd break I took it to the factory and had new one installed to factory specs, lasted 4 years.

Reread your post......not sure what ladder racks are............I was referring to ladder bars on the rear end which holds it aligned with the pivot point...........thanks

mine have broken on both sides, about 2-3 inches from where the bolt connects on the front of the ladder bar.
right where the ladder bar top pipe and bottom pipe comes together that's where it breaks just where it comes to one pipe it where mine breaks.

Any chance you would have a picture of the break...........I checked mine out as best I could, kinda hard to see in the space where the ladder bars attach to the front..............I did notice that on the right side there was 0.010" clearance between the ladder bar pipe and a weld on the bike frame..............that concerns me...........thanks again for sharing a potential problem for others
