Windshield cleaner/Bug remover
I use lemon pledge or even a generic brand of furniture polish. Just spray it on the windshield, wait a couple minutes and wipe the bugs off. It does not scratch the plexiglass windshield. I also use it on my car's front bumper and headlights.

Re: Windshield cleaner/Bug remover
To soften and liquify the bugs, I use Hydrogen Peroxide. Spray it on, wait a few seconds as the bugs bubble up and then wipe off.
Works on all the bikes body parts.
Follow up with your cleaner like 210, Honda Polish, Lemon Pledge or whatever as long as there is no Ammonia or Alcohol in the cleaner.
