Amazing upgrade for 1500 radio

Has anyone seen this new upgrade out of Germany??
I am in contact with a gentleman in the US who has been representing this
Supposedly available in " a few months" and for a price in the $500 range.
It is plug and play. I hope it can hold up to the hype and if it does I'm first in line!!!
