I have searched hi and low for information about the Position light - 10A H38360-MN5-003 relay. I know with a relay as long as the pin out and max amperage is above what is required it should not matter what is used in its place.
So my question: is there any reason why I can not use the more common 30a 8370-MN5-003 (or equivalent from this sites store) relay in place of the 10a position light relay? Seems to me that they only mounting difference is the long ears that could be easily removed from the 30a relay.
Thank you,
Brian

As long as the relay footprint is the same and the connector footprint, you can use any size you wish.
