Great site. I would thank everyone for all the help. Gives me confidence to work on my old girl.
My question is: I have 93A that did NOT come with curb lights. I have new LED curb light kit. Is there a female plug on my bike to accept the male from my curb kit? I would like to open it up this winter. I was hoping not to cut into the harness. Thanks in advance Docs!!.

Re: 93A curb lights
Should be there. You are talking about the lights that come on when the directional lights are activated. There is another kit that is steady on as driving lights. Your kit has a relay to provide that temporary function while the driving lights just use a jumper instead.

The plugs for the lights and for the relays are just above the horns, one of each on each side. The lights should come on solid when you use the turn signals. You can make them come on as driving lights by cutting the green wire at the relays but the light gets really hot if they are on constantly unless you convert to LED.

Those who say it cannot be done should try not to interrupt those who are doing it.
