Shelter Cover Color

Post by aholloway17 »

I've a blue 94 Interstate that needs some cosmetic touch ups. I've been able to get the paint scanned and correctly matched to the old paint. The issue I am having is painting the scheduler cover, the old one is broken. The replacement does not match the old and scanning doesn't because of the textured surface. Does anyone know the correct color of the scheduler which seems mostly a medium dark grey with blue.

Thanks All,

Allen

Thank you for that link. I painted most other parts of the bike using Color Rite they are great. However, they do not list colors for parts considered trim panel or parts like the shelter cover.

Thanks again,

The '94 Interstate came from the factory with a Shelter cover that is called "Cosmopolitan Grey" and listed as NH159L. That number is probably listed on a sticker under the "Gas cap door". Color-rite should be able to "translate" the Honda code to the correct Color-rite code to match paint.
