Coolant Hose Routing

On my 1993 GL1500, two of the smaller coolant hoses connected to water pump are leaking and looking really crusty. Therefore, I want to replace both hoses, but I am not sure where the opposite ends of hoses are connected. My question is do both hoses run directly to the carburetors, or does each hose connect to a three way joint? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Here is a parts fiche so you can see where the hoses go. It has almost 10 years since I replaced all the cooling hoses on my 1500. I just don't remember where they went to.
