Cruise Control

I’m trying to help a friend of mine who needs the Cruise Control Unit, may any of you lead me to some source for it?? Have tried ebay with no luck.
It's a GL1500 SE '95, it new to him and the unit it burnt.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.
