Help! Not sure what this is.
We are replacing our engine case on our 95 GL1500se, due to it cracked at one of the bolts. When tearing the bike down, this piece broke, and we cant seem to find a new one. Any help would be appreciated. Also, does anyone know where to find engine bearings and piston rings that dont cost as much as a new engine?
It's always too something, so just ride

There are about 5,000 parts on a 1500, can you narrow down the area it came from?

It looks like the noise filter capacitor that is attached to the stock alternator.Goldwingriderswife wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 3:41 pm We are replacing our engine case on our 95 GL1500se, due to it cracked at one of the bolts. Here is a picture taken from the CB radio installation instruction. It shows where the filter goes.
