Clutch problem
I have just replaced my clutch, started bike fine, reverse firstly didn’t work, then I tried shifting into First gear bike larched forward and stored, got it back in neutral tried again same thing but now the clutch handle will not press in and shifter is locked, What have I done

Did you bleed the clutch?

Yes , bleed using a vuccum bleeder until clean fluid came out

You said the clutch lever isn't working. Is it solid and not moving, or moves but has zero resistance?
Sounds like maybe you didn't put the clutch back together properly.

The lever is hard moves very little, I have re bled it and no difference,

Sounds like you are going to be taking the clutch apart again. Something is binding it up. Did you measure your clutch pack thickness and check for proper freeplay?
